The Security Taskforce Alliance for Communities is Blackstone's direct-intervention division — a tactical response team built for situations where presence alone is not enough and where the absence or unavailability of police creates a gap that leaves your property or people exposed.

S.T.A.C. operates as a verified-threat and trespass intervention unit. This is not a mobile patrol service. S.T.A.C. teams are deployed in response to confirmed, active situations — trespassing, property damage, criminal disruption — and are built to arrive with the authority, training, and operational readiness to resolve the situation effectively and document everything that follows.
Every S.T.A.C. deployment is backed by Blackstone's broader intelligence network, including the CESO community presence and an embedded Investigative Unit. This means our response teams arrive informed — with existing knowledge of common disruptors, prior incident history, and established community rapport that allows for faster resolution and reduced liability for your organization.
S.T.A.C. is available on an as-needed basis, making it a cost-effective solution for properties that do not require full-time security but need the confidence of knowing a professional response unit is available when a situation escalates beyond what their current infrastructure can handle. S.T.A.C. can also be layered onto an existing security deployment as a secondary response capability.
